I’m passionate about technology solutions that solve business problems and automation innovation that drives efficiency. Combining these passions—and seeing a real need for New Zealand SMEs to access accurate, real‑time financial information—motivated me to co‑found ClockworX. I hold a Chartered Accountancy qualification and have worked in business advisory and virtual CFO roles.

Heather brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, client management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and supporting clients to feel confident in their financial position. She will work closely with businesses to ensure ClockworX day‑to‑day financial processes run smoothly, accurately, and with clarity.

With hands‑on experience in bookkeeping and financial administration, Heather will provide high-level support for client transaction processing, reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, and ensure clients receive clean, reliable financial records. She understands the importance of timely information and works proactively with clients to improve cash flow visibility and streamline financial workflows.

Heather’s client services are solutions‑focused and organised, and she is genuinely committed to positive outcomes. She values clear communication, integrity, and making things easier for clients.
